It's a short walk to all parts of the village of Pine with restaurants, antique shops, art galleries, museum, the market, saloon and all the Arts/Crafts Festivals we have throughout the seasons. Also we're 1 mile from the Pine Trailhead with access to the Mogollon Rim's Highline Trail for hiking and just a 10-minute drive from the Tonto Natural Bridge Park...not to mention all the other natural beauty of the surrounding Rim Country.


Prior to moving full-time to Pine the owners, Bob and Patrick Gleason-Moore, lived and worked in Phoenix and spent weekends in Pine to escape the heat of the Valley of the Sun. After working many years in “corporate America” Patrick decided he wanted to try something totally different; something that utilized his business skills, love of cooking and gardening and geared around hospitality. Both Bob and Patrick had become “hooked” on the beauty of Pine and the greater Rim Country area. Since Bob works remotely and could live virtually anywhere, they decided Pine was the perfect place to live full time and opening a bed and breakfast inn would be the right path.

Patrick, who has an MBA, worked for most of his career as a purchasing professional within the Aerospace industry, government, and private sector. He has also been an avid gardener and creative cook. Today he is the full-time Innkeeper and Host of the Beeline Guest House with the goal of exceeding every guest’s expectations.  He gladly greets the guest’s when they arrive, gives them a tour of the house and makes every effort to have guests feel welcome and at home. He pays close attention to every detail of the operation and his passion for food is apparent with each breakfast he prepares.

When Bob is not performing his full-time duties as a hospital consultant he is known as the Beeline Guest House’s “resident basket weaver” and works on basket projects year ‘round; please see the “Retail Page”.

Terms and Conditions

One of the goals of the Beeline Guest House is to provide a welcoming environment for guests to relax and enjoy their stay with us. To assure each guest has a great experience the following policies exists. The burning of candles, incenses and/or oils is not permitted. Smoking of cigarettes, cigars, pipes and/or vapor devices is only permitted outside and away from porches, balconies and buildings. We love pets, but unfortunately are not able to accommodate them. In order to provide an adult retreat environment for our guests, please note that we do not allow children under the age of 18.

A full hot breakfast is served each morning; beverages and snacks are available in the dining room. Room rates are lower for weekdays (Monday - Thursday) than weekends (Friday - Sunday). Generally the room rates are the same for one or two people in the room. Maximum occupancy for each guest room is two people. Rates are subject to change at anytime and may be higher on a holiday or festival weekends. We may also require a two-night minimum on weekends and special occasions. State and local taxes if applicable are not included in the quoted room rates. Reservations require a deposit of 50% of the room charges.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations must be secured with a major credit card.  Instead of cancelling we prefer to offer alternate date (s)  or a gift certificate.  If you must cancel the full deposit amount will be refunded less a $25 cancellation fee, if canceled within 7 days (one week) prior to the reservation date.  Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will result in forfeiture of deposit, unless we can successfully book the room, in which case we will gladly refund your deposit in full less the cancellation fee.
